Product Overview
  • 1200℃ WTQ series products are mainly for the daily application development of the laboratory, high-quality furnace materials and stable temperature control system to ensure the reliability of the experimental data; the product uses high-purity alumina material as the furnace material, and the high-quality HRE Resistance Wire is used for heating element, and the temperature controller uses microcomputer PID control module to achieve precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements.
Features
  • Furnace insulation material adopts high-purity alumina ceramic fiber lining board, which has good insulation performance and energy saving.
  • Heavy double-layer structure with an exhaust fan to ensure safe contact with the outer wall of the furnace.
  • Double furnace door: the inner furnace door blocks the fire, and the outer door is sealed with flange
  • High-temperature PTFE gaskets is installed on the outer furnace door to ensure the reliable sealing of the furnace .
  • The furnace body is provided with an air outlet for pumping air to obtain a vacuum environment.
  • Vacuum 20,000Pa
  • There are air inlets and outlets on the back of the furnace.
  • The heating furnace (1400C, 1700℃) is equipped with water cooling system inlet and outlet (excluding 1200C).

  • 1200°C Atmosphere box furnace mainly provides high temperature heat treatment environment for industrial, research institutes, factories and other industrial laboratories, and is applied to new materials such as metal materials, graphite materials, lithium battery materials, crystalline materials and so on.
